Henry VII Lead Cloth Seal - 1485 to 1509

I have been told this seal is a cloth seal of Henry VII 1485 - 1509 and from what I have read about Henry VII, he brought a bit of stability to the country and encouraged trade, not war. This seal is quite large and gives the impression the cloth was a little more important than the usual run of the mill stuff. Very interesting!
